Take a scenic cruise of Bathurst Bay in a multi-passenger pontoon boat. The shuttle leaves every day from the downtown Day Adventure Centre located at the Lighthouse on Bathurst Basin and ferries back and forth to the Day Adventure Centre at Youghall Beach Park. Add this scenic shuttle to a great day at the beach. This outfitter also supplies paddle boats, pedal kayaks, seacycles, water bikes, two/three/four- wheel cycles for your enjoyment.

Acadian Historic Village

A remarkably authentic historical site, the Village Historique Acadien strives to portray the lives of the Acadians betwwen 1770 and 1890. Situated near Caraquet, a 45 minute drive from Bathurst, the Village is staffed by interpreters in period costumes who bring ancestral customs and traditional trades back to life in original buildings.
